WILL THERE BE TNB AND WATER CONNECTION?
高峰峪是否会有电流与水供应吗?

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and Pengurusan Air Pahang (PAIP) will be available. Every lots will have access to both. PAIP supply will be crossing every lot. We will supply to you two (2) years of FREE spring water but owner would have to carry out own connection to our existing ponds.
每一块土地可获得国家能源局与彭亨州水务局的电流与水供应。输水管将会连接到每一户土地。高峰峪将会提供2年的免费山水使用,但地主必须自行把输水管连接到蓄水池。

HOW MUCH ARE THE CONNECTION CHARGES AND THE SUPPLY RATE? 
电流与水供连接费用?

For TNB, the connection charges depends on the contractor you engaged. It will varies according to the location of the lot and the required power. For PAIP water, the connection charges are RM4,500.00 (RM2,500 – Meter Installation (non-refundable) & RM2,000 deposit) The supply rate for PAIP is RM1.75 per m3
电流供应与电线杆连接的费用是在于你聘请的承包商给予的价格,按照你需要的用电量与电流供应站的距离计算。
水供的收费是RM4,500 [ 水表安装(一次性付费无退还)RM2,500 与 押金 RM2,000 ]。水供费用为每立方米 RM1.75.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR TNB AND PAIP SUPPLY?
如何申请电流与水源供应?

You can apply for PAIP supply with us after Vacant Possession (VP). The form are available at Sales Gallery. For TNB supply you can apply at : Kedai TNB Bentong, Jalan Sri Jaafar, 28709, Bentong, Pahang.

WILL THERE BE GUARDED ACCESS? 
是否会提供保安管理?

Yes, guardhouses are stationed on the Northern Access and Southern Access. Only vehicles with The Valley sticker are allowed access.
是,位于北面入口与南面入口的保安亭,会有保安人员看管检测,只有贴有高峰峪贴纸的车辆,才允许进入高峰峪。

ARE THE LAND FREEHOLD? 
高峰峪是永久地契吗?

Yes, every lot in Kerau are FREEHOLD.

CAN I BUILD A HOME INSIDE THE LAND AND HOW MUCH OF LAND CAN I USE?

Yes, you can build a home inside your land, and you have up to 20% of the land size to build.

HOW MUCH IS THE MAINTENANCE FEE PER MONTH?

The maintenance fee is RM200.00 per acre per month. If your lot is 1.5 acres in size, you would be paying RM300.00 per month.

ARE FINANCING/LOAN AVAILABLE?

Financing and loan are available for the purchase of Kerau. Our panel bank, Agrobank Bhd will be ever ready to assist in your application. Financing up to 90% are available and are subjected to your credit rating, and bank’s policies.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF FINANCING/LOAN?

As with other commercial banks, the terms and conditions varies according to your credit rating, profile and documentations submitted.

I AM NOT FROM MALAYSIA, AM I ELIGIBLE TO BUY?

Yes, you are eligible to buy from us. Your purchase amount needs to be minimum of RM1,000,000 and you are required to seek consent from the local state government. The cost shall be borne by you.

CAN I PURCHASE THE LOT UNDER PERSONAL OR COMPANY?
